Retention and Mentoring

We provide pro-active and structured mentoring support using our experienced Indigenous mentors to maximise the number of Indigenous people who stay employed with your organisation.
Our aim is to respond quickly to any issues and to proactively manage and support your supervisors and your new Indigenous employee(s).
Our mentoring solutions work because we have a sound understanding of the cultural needs of Indigenous Australians, as well as the business imperatives and operational practicalities of industry. Our Indigenous mentoring services are utilised by many of Australia’s largest employers, including ETSA Utilities, OZ Minerals and Uranium One.
